Will my Insurance Company Reimburse?
We will provide a “super bill” that you may submit to your insurance company. You may be reimbursed for a portion or the entire cost of each visit. It may also count towards your deductible. Please inquire of your insurance company for your specific out-of-network benefits.
Payment
We accept HSA and credit cards, check, and cash, which are due in full at the time of service. Please contact us to inquire about our fees.
