“I recently moved to Phoenix and was very nervous about finding the right fit, let alone finding a psychiatrist that had any openings. After spending hours scouring websites looking for the right Doctor based on my needs, my intuition lead me to Dr. Joshua Kanner. Dr. Kanner is always on time for our appointments, he takes the time to listen to me and to give weight to what I have to say rather than fitting me into a generic “box” with a medical label attached to it. We are able to have real conversations about what and how I am feeling and it seems as if we work as a team to come up with an action plan, knowing that he will speak up if, in his professional opinion he believes a different path is necessary. I do not feel like “just another patient- or just a number” on a folder. I feel very grateful to have found Dr. Joshua Kanner and if you have to wait a few weeks for your first evaluation appointment, it’s definitely worth the wait.”
